Quotes are free of charge and are prepared from the information you provide, before work begins. A quote is an estimate of the work and costs involved. The final scope of any job is confirmed with you before work starts, and nothing is a formal contract until you accept a quote and we agree the details together.

Agreed work is carried out at the times we arrange with you. If your plans change, or the work required turns out to be different from what was quoted, we will discuss it with you before any additional costs are incurred.

Please make sure we can access your garden on the agreed day. We will take every care with your property and its contents, and we always leave the garden tidy. Please let us know about any pets or gates, fences or access points we should be aware of.

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
